Kana Kana, who is continuing her preparations for her second album, meets her audience with a surprise EP titled “Cinema Inferno”.
Cinema Inferno's second single, ‘Korkmam Artık Ben Karanlıktan’, which takes its inspiration from the darkness of cinema, was written by Kana Kana in the early 2000s under the code name ‘phobia song’ and deserves its nickname with its unlit rooms, uncanny elevators and spiders infiltrating the sheets.
The song, which finds itself and reaches its final form with the arrival of Özge Fışkın, one of Kana Kana's permanent friends and musical partners with a magical voice, is the last words of someone who dreams of birds and distant friends in a bed of despair and loneliness.
Lyrics, music, arrangement, mixing and mastering of the song belongs to Kana Kana and all instruments were played by Kana Kana.
The cover image of ‘Korkmam Artık Ben Karanlıktan’ was borrowed from the 1932 Carl Theodor Dreyer film Vampyr. According to Kana Kana, the film, which is far ahead of its time, brave and inspiring, will also be presented to you as a music video with the editing made by Kana Kana.
